To make a claim, please email our contact our support team support@etoilecollective.com.au with the following information:

  • Use subject name: Warranty Claim (Order #) 

  • Please include the product you are claiming a warranty for along with images and videos detailing the defect. To ensure your claim is processed as timely as possible, we encourage you to take videos / images that clearly detail the defect i.e. for mirrors / lighting, please show the power port plugged in, turned on

  • For all mirrors, travel cases and lighting, please ensure that the imagery / video show our logo
