How much is domestic shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 to all regional areas independent of the weight of your order. We use a courier service to ensure your order arrives safely and will provide you a tracking number once the items have been shipped. Orders are shipped the next business day.

Please note: Additional shipping costs may apply if your address is remote. If this is the case, we will contact you separately and you will have the option to pay the additional costs or receive a full refund.

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is calculated at checkout and weight dependent. Your parcel will be dispatched the next business day. We offer the following services (please note not all options will appear at the checkout as they depend on location and weight):

  • Air Mail (3-10 business days) untracked
  • Pack and track (3-10 business days) tracked
  • Registered post (3-10 business days) signature on delivery
  • Express courier (2-4 business days) tracked

If you have chosen a service that is tracked, you will be emailed the tracking number when the parcel has been dispatched.

As an overseas customer, please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay for any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, damage may be incurred during transit, even if all packages are packed to sustain rough handling. Please understand that is out of our control how items are handled and we apologise if you receive a damaged product. We will happily replace the product for you if it is in stock, otherwise the total amount will be refunded.

Can I get a refund or exchange my item?

Of course you can! We will gladly refund any products that arrive damaged or do not match the product description. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be given due to change of mind so please bear this in mind before placing your order. Delivery fees will not be compensated for unless the item is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product.
