How much is domestic shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 to all regional areas independent of the weight of your order. We use a courier service to ensure your order arrives safely and will provide you a tracking number once the items have been shipped. Orders are shipped the next business day.

Please note: Additional shipping costs may apply if your address is remote. If this is the case, we will contact you separately and you will have the option to pay the additional costs or receive a full refund.

How long does domestic shipping take?

VIC / NSW: 1 - 2 business days

SA / ACT: 1 - 3 business days

QLD: 2 - 4 business days

WA / NT / TAS: Up to 6 business days

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is calculated at checkout and weight dependent. Your parcel will be dispatched the next business day. We offer the following services (please note not all options will appear at the checkout as they depend on location and weight):

  • Standard (6-10+ business days)
  • Express courier (2-4 business days)

Both services are tracked and you will receive email updates as the parcel is scanned through the various touch points. 

As an overseas customer, please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay for any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

If the product is damaged, we will happily replace the product for you if it is in stock, otherwise the total amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products, damage may be incurred during transit, even if all packages are packed to sustain rough handling. Please understand that is out of our control how items are handled and we apologise if you receive a damaged product.

My item arrived damaged?

We will gladly refund any products that arrive damaged or do not match the product description. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Etoile Collective will also bear the associated shipping costs to return any damaged items.

I've changed my mind! Can I exchange an item or get a refund?

Of course! We have recently changed our policy as we want everyone to shop with greater confidence.

  • Our return period is 14 days since receiving the item
  • Any refunds will be in the form of store credit only
  • Etoile Collective will not bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product
  • Some of our products are extremely fragile and need to be packaged well to sustain rough handling. Etoile Collective will not refund or exchange any items that arrive damaged
  • Etoile Collective cannot accept any liability for lost or missing goods returned by unregistered post
  • Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the return to be assessed before a refund can be processed

Do you accept refunds / exchanges on all items?

    No. Please bear in mind that the sale of any Hollywood Mirrors  are final and we cannot refund / exchange items within this collection.
