Warranty:

Yes. This mirror includes an extended 5-Year Limited Warranty.

To break this into simple terms, this will protect you against defects in materials or workmanship under ordinary use for 5 years from the date of purchase. Etoile Collective will also cover any and all shipping costs involved in getting a replacement to you / returning the faulty piece. No ifs or buts - we'll make things right babe.

Damage during transit? We'll also protect you against that risk too. If your Vanity Mirror is damaged during transit, again, it's on us and we will get a replacement to you. Although, don't worry - we invest in thick cardboard packaging, high quality and environmentally friend EPE foam and steel corner protectors to prevent anything from happening in the first place. 

Safety:

This product complies with Australian and New Zealand safety standards: AS/NZS IEC 61347.2.13:2013 and AS/NZS 61347.1:2016.

We've cut things down to the core essentials with our Crystal SLIMLINE and refined it's design to feature a 3cm edge. Thin as can be!

However, this means that we also had to remove some features. What our Crystal PRO series has that our Crystal SLIMLINE does not: An additional 2 temperatures, duo power ports, and Bluetooth touch sensors.

The Crystal PRO is also 5cm wider and 5cm taller than our Crystal SLIMLINE series.

What they both still have: Beautiful mirrored panels, a super bright light, and our extended 3-year limited warranty.

Absolutely! Go without the base, and wall mount this for an ultra-luxe feel.

No. Unfortunately, the mirror is too slim to sit up on it's own and we do not recommend having the mirror on anything but the base that it comes with.

The Crystal Full-Length Mirror uses an LED strip with a life of 50,000 hours. It is very rare for these lights to stop working prior to that. However, when they stop, it is possible to have these replaced.

If your mirror stops working within the 3-year limited warranty period, we will replace these for you. Outside of the warranty period, you may purchase replacement LED strips. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to assist with repairing the light.

Unfortunately we do not ship vanity mirrors or tables outside of Australia. This is due to safety regulations and different electrical standards.
