Does this mirror include a warranty?

Warranty:

Yes. This mirror includes an extended 5-Year Limited Warranty.

To break this into simple terms, this will protect you against defects in materials or workmanship under ordinary use for 5 years from the date of purchase. Etoile Collective will also cover any and all shipping costs involved in getting a replacement to you / returning the faulty piece. No ifs or buts - we'll make things right babe.

Damage during transit? We'll also protect you against that risk too. If your Vanity Mirror is damaged during transit, again, it's on us and we will get a replacement to you. Although, don't worry - we invest in thick cardboard packaging, high quality and environmentally friend EPE foam and steel corner protectors to prevent anything from happening in the first place.

Safety:

This product complies with Australian and New Zealand safety standards: AS/NZS IEC 61347.2.13:2013 and AS/NZS 61347.1:2016.

How many lumens does the Crystal PRO Vanity Mirror contain?

The Crystal PRO Vanity Mirror is ultra bright and contains 8640 lumens.

Is the lighting as bright as the Hollywood mirrors?

Yes, one of the main differences between the Crystal PRO and Crystal Classic Vanity Mirror is that the PRO version is 3x brighter which makes it as bright as our Hollywood Mirrors. Its Lumen count is 8600.

Can you replace the lights?

The Crystal Full-Length Mirror uses an LED strip with a life of 50,000 hours. It is very rare for these lights to stop working prior to that. However, when they stop, it is possible to have these replaced.

If your mirror stops working within the 3-year limited warranty period, we will replace these for you. Outside of the warranty period, you may purchase replacement LED strips. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to assist with repairing the light.

Can you change the power port to suit my country?

Unfortunately we do not ship vanity mirrors or tables outside of Australia. This is due to safety regulations and different electrical standards.

I reckon the quality is the best in the market, I’ve been looking for this type of mirror half year, after compared it with many other brands and the bulb type, and finally bought it, the touch key are very sensitive, the light could be really bright, elegant look match with my dressing table perfectly.

The queen of all makeup mirrors!!!
I finally gave into temptation and purchased this mirror. It has elevated the glam-factor of my room. It is sooooo pretty and I love the sparkle finish of the light strip. I love the strength of the light (brighter than you'll ever need) and that you can choose 3x colour temperatures. It is so easy to use, the best makeup lighting and so gorgeous! The speed of delivery and packaging were both excellent. Only needed to screw the base on and I was ready to go. Thank you Etoile for another quality product!
